myVCAT is currently available to applicants who have made a goods and services application on or after 6 December 2023.

• View the status of your application.
• See any tasks that are due for your application or case. 
• View orders, hearing notices and other documents for your application or case. 

By using myVCAT, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Documents can be uploaded to your myVCAT account. You must also send copies of all uploaded documents to all other parties either by email (to a valid email address), by post or in person.

Soon, you will be able to send (serve) documents on all parties who have a myVCAT account by simply uploading your documents to your myVCAT account. VCAT will advise you when that will be possible.
