Status of your applications

You can use the myVCAT portal to:

Create 90-day notices to vacate and submit an application for possession based on that notice.

To apply for possession:

Go to the notice dashboard below and click 'Start application' next to the relevant notice.

For all other notices and applications, please continue to use the Residential Tenancies Hub

There are no active applications associated with this account.

You can create notices in myVCAT for cases with a termination date of at least 90 days.

To create other notices, please use Residential Tenancies Hub
